Totorolillo is one of the best local surf spots. It's just a few kilometers south of La Serena. Nice right off the point on the left and a rocky, left hander on the right side. Cachai?

They say that El Valle de Elqui is one of three spots in the world where there is an increased amount of magnetic energy. Many people come to meditate, and believe the valley has healing powers.
Vicuña is also the home of Gabriela Mistral, who was the first Latin American female to win the Nobel Prize for her poetry.

A completo is pretty much an American hotdog adorned with mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and avocado. Not bad, but definitely messy!
